These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of code//jo mobile applications and websites (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. The Services

The Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. They may include simple single-player games and/or productivity tools. The Services may work fully offline and may store data locally on your device (for example, settings, progress, or notes).

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal use, subject to these Terms and any applicable app store terms.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Bypass or interfere with security or technical measures
  • Use the Services in an unlawful manner
  • Distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services
  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works except where permitted by law

5. In-App Purchases

Some apps may offer in-app purchases through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

  • Payments: Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive your payment card details.
  • Entitlements: We may receive limited information needed to validate purchases (for example, a receipt or purchase status).
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled by the respective app store under their rules.

6. Advertising (AdMob)

If an app shows ads, those ads may be provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob may collect and process information for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.

8. Availability and Updates

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Services (in whole or in part) at any time. We do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times or on all devices.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

For productivity tools, you are responsible for backing up your device and important data. For games, progress or settings may be lost due to device changes, uninstallations, or platform behavior.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, code//jo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues arising from your use of the Services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the app(s) and discontinuing use.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and code//jo regarding the use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and code//jo relating to your use of the Services.
